Refrigerator

It sounds like a spill over issue. I assume there is a divider between the freezer and refrigerator portions of the box. Typically there would be a small opening at the bottom with a fan that moves air from the freezer, where the cold plate is located, and some space high for air to move back to the freezer side. I don't know how your box is set up, but a thermostat can be associated with the small fan to set the amount of air flow from the freezer side. It is possible the opening is blocked or that for some other reason there is not enough air movement into the refrigerator side.

I have a 2010 3700CCR and the refrigerator never gets below 48F, freezer works fine any thoughts. The refrigerant is good and the seals are good a friend has  a 2001 and indicated the same problem.
